Contractor-led D&B
Design management without overloading the Project Manager
On contractor-led D&B projects, Project Managers and Contracts Managers may already be responsible for programme, procurement, commercial management, subcontractors, client management and site delivery.
Increasingly, they are also expected to coordinate design and meet Building Regulations Principal Designer duties. BRPD Advisory enables these responsibilities to be separated without diluting the contractor’s control of design.
